I easily got my apologies my flu jab and my future Covid jab by following the link online. I haven’t tried to phone for an appointment so cannot comment.

Very efficient, as always. What appeared to be a big queue at first, melted very quickly.

I know that some struggled with booking on line via the text. Perhaps make it less clunky, or give instructions.

Trying to get an appointment is massively stressful to the point I don’t even bother when I probably should. This appointment came via text with options so nice and easy.
